Sam started his PhD in october 2009 under supervision of dr. Harry Bouwman. Sam aims to facilitate the trans-sector collaborations in Smart-Living area, by focusing on the alignment between and within stakeholders’ process models with the generic business model that enables such a Smart Living services.
